The petitioner claims right over the property in Survey No. 172/9, measuring an extent of 4 acres and 90 cents, as ancestral property and that he has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the same without any interruption for the past 50 years. The patta and chitta stand in the name of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is claiming right over the property. However, in the online records, the property is classified as Government poromboke. 3.
