In the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 05.03.2024 (Annexure–K) passed by Respondent No.1 and the order dated 30.11.2021 (Annexure–J) passed by Respondent No.2. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27590 WP No. 28671 of 2024 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon perusal of the material available on record, it is noticed that the petitioner claims right, title and interest over the property in question on the basis of a registered Will dated 04.05.2016. 5. It is also not in dispute that O.S. No.1147 of 2015, involving the rights of the parties in respect of the subject property, is presently pending consideration before the competent Civil Court. Therefore, the petitioner is required to establish his right over the property in question before the said Court. 6. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no interference is called for with the impugned orders in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. 7. However, it is made clear that the entries made in the revenue records shall be subject to the outcome of - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27590 WP No. 28671 of 2024 the judgment and decree that may be passed in O.S.
