The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gawan PS Case No.88 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 74, 79, 303(2) read with section 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and due to land dispute in the present case the petitioners have been implicated. He next submits that the victim is a married lady and, on these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that serious allegations are made against the petitioners of outraging the modesty and even the daughters of the victim have not been 2026:JHHC:21327 2 spared and on these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. In the FIR, there is allegations against both the petitioners of forcibly taking the victim in the forest and it has been further disclosed that two of the children near-by the forest have heard the noise and thereafter they have informed about the same to the daughters of the informant and the daughters have also reached there and the allegations are further made of outraging the modesty of the daughters also and the allegation of snatching is also there, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners, and hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, hereby, rejected, and consequently, the instant anticipatory bail application being A.B.A.No.3909 of 2026 is, hereby, dismissed.
