In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the award dated 10.12.2021 (Annexure P-8) passed by the Inspector, Cooperative Societies, Urban Batala (Arbitrator) and also the order dated 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-10) passed by Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Batala. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is a remedy of filing a revision against the impugned order dated 10.12.2021 (Annexure P-8) under Section 69 of the Punjab Co-operative Societies Act, 1961 and requests that she may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of revision, as per the abovesaid Act. 3. In view of the abovesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
