Mr. Deepak Kumar Bharati, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, submits that in compliance of the order dated 11.03.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 228 of 2025, appropriate order on the issue raised by the petitioner in the said writ petition, has been passed and communicated to him. 3. It is thus submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has now been complied. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the said fact. He also submits that aggrieved by the order passed by the opposite party no. 2, the petitioner has also preferred another writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 2725 of 2026, which is pending consideration. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, there is no need to 2026:JHHC:21202 2 further proceed in the contempt petition. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 is hereby dropped. 6.
