JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 01/04/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter pertains to registration of SSI Unit by the District [2026:RJ-JP:13540] (2 of 2) [CW-13157/2025] Industries Officer, Govt. of Rajasthan under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. It is submitted that on account of subsequent development, one partnership firm, on account of death of one of the partners, as per understanding of the same will now be changed to a Sole Proprietor. Upon placing reliance upon Annexure-8 and 9, it is submitted that representations were passed before the respondents, however, no due audience is granted. Qua respondent Nos.4 and 5, learned counsel Mr. Rahul Lodha has marked his attendance and submitted that vide registered AD, representation was served upon respondent Nos.1- 3, 4 and 5. Qua respondent Nos.1-3, learned AAG Mr. B.S. Chhaba has marked his attendance. Upon a perusal of the material available on record, this Court deems it just and proper to rely upon judgment of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792), and direct that the representations (Annexure Nos. 8 and 9) be decided in accordance with law within a period of 30 days, from the date of passing of this order, by way of a speaking order.
