By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide his pending representation seeking transfer from Govt. Naveen Post Graduate College, Chandrapur, District Sakti to any other place on account of alleged threat to his life. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, while discharging duties as Assistant Professor in Govt. Naveen Post Graduate College, Chandrapur, had raised objection regarding mass cheating in the college, due to which certain persons of the concerned village allegedly assaulted him. He further submits that the petitioner has also lodged a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Sakti in this regard and in order to avoid any untoward incident, the petitioner submitted representations before respondents No.1 and 2 seeking his transfer to any other place; however, the same has not yet been considered. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation before respondent No.1, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents appended with the writ petition. 3 5. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the concerned authority and, in the event such representation is submitted, the concerned respondent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of submission of such representation. 6.
