It is grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner is not being able to get the refund of the cost of non-judicial stamp, which the petitioner had purchased, but ultimately was not used. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already represented before the Deputy Commissioner, Gumla, but his representation is still pending. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the representation is still pending the appropriate order will be passed. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2 Deputy Commissioner, Gumla, who will consider his pending representation as per the law. 6. It is expected that the entire process should be concluded within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 7. After considering if it is found to the petitioner as per law is entitled for refund, the same should be processed immediately. 8.
