1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to the inaction on the part of the respondents in not providing the benefit of two advance increments to the petitioner on his obtaining the Ph.D. Degree.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got his Ph.D. Degree from Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya, Sarguja Amibikapur on 17.04.2025. However, till date in spite of repeated requests being made, two advance increments in pursuance to the circular of the State Government has not been released to the petitioner.
3. Having considered the entire facts situation of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to submit a detailed representation within a fortnight before the
3 respondent No. 1 & 2 with regard to his claim for grant of two advance increments for Ph.D. degree that has been obtained by him and thereafter the said respondents are directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner at the earliest possible preferably within a period of two weeks’ from the date of receipt of representation.
