The only grievance of the Petitioner was that the undertaking given by the Petitioner on 17.01.2025 at Annexure-A had not been considered by the Respondents. 3. On issuance of notice, the respondents have filed their objections enclosing the endorsement dated 25.04.2025 at Annexure-R1 to the Statement of Objections, indicating that the said representation of the Petitioner had been considered and rejected. 4. In that view of the matter, the consideration of the representation having been made, the relief which has been sought for at Prayer ‘a’ does not survive for consideration and the consequential relief at Prayer ‘b’ cannot be granted without prayer ‘a’. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed. 5. All interim orders passed in the present matter stand vacated. SD/- (SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) JUDGE PRS / List No.: 1 Sl No.: 47.1
