Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations before the respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi for grant of physical possession (Dakhal Dahani) of the land in question but the same is kept pending. He submits that at this stage without entering into the merits of this case, suffice if it would be a direction is given to the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though in S.A.R. Case No.55 of 2010- 11 the order has been passed in favour of the petitioner, which has been upheld by this High Court in a Letters Patent Appeal, but yet the possession has not been given to the petitioner. 4. Considering the said submission, without entering into the merits of this case, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, who will consider his representation and pass an appropriate order as per law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
