Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 22.08.2026, wherein, it has been stated respondent No. 3 has sanctioned family pension in favour of the petitioner vide PPO No. 1126170796, dated 10.07.2026 and the matter now rests with the Office of District Treasury Office, Chamba for release of family pension to the petitioner. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:35827 ) 2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is closed. 3. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, she is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available to her under the law. 4.
