By way of this Writ Petition, petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioners, in the interest of justice. 10.2. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus setting aside the orders dated 16.12.2022 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No. 1. 10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to immediately reinstate the petitioners with all consequential benefits including back wages, in the interest of justice. 10.4. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide impugned order dated 16.12.2022, services of the petitioners were no more required as their candidatures were not accepted by Rahul Facilities Management, the new manpower agency. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners submits that looking to the nature of work assigned to the petitioners, this Writ Petition may be 3 disposed of allowing the petitioners to raise industrial dispute before the Labour Commissioner. 3. The said prayer is allowed and the petitioners are granted liberty to raise industrial dispute before the appropriate authority. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of reserving liberty as aforesaid.
