In the writ petition, the only prayer of the petitioner was for a direction upon the respondent to dispose of the application, filed for compassionate appointment, which was pending. This Court has disposed of the writ petition directing the respondents to redress the grievance of the petitioner. 3. The grievance has been disposed of against the petitioner vide order dated 26.11.2025 as contained in memo no. 1373. 4. Thus, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out. Accordingly, this contempt is dropped. Pending interlocutory application, if any, also stands disposed of. 5.
