The present appeal was withdrawn by the appellant before the National Lok Adalat, on 14.3.2026. By way of present application, a prayer has been made to release the balance amount, deposited by the Insurance Company, in the present case. In view of no objection, made by learned counsel for the non-applicants, remaining amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants, as per apportionment made by the learned tribunal. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, shall be submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants/respondents No. 1 and 2.
