The grievance of the petitioner is directed against an illegal and unlawful installation of electricity poles on the land allegedly belonging to the petitioner. 2. On behalf of the private respondent it is submitted that such poles have not been installed on the land of the petitioner. The Report filed on behalf of the WBSEDCL is taken on record. It appears from the Report that in view of the local objection raised in construction of the electric poles the ongoing work has been stalled. 3. In view of the nature of the disputes raised by the petitioner and by consent of all the parties the matter is remanded to the concerned District Magistrate having jurisdiction in respect of the 2 subject premises to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and after hearing all the parties. If any such representation is filed the same should be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 4. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the concerned District Magistrate to decide in accordance with law.
