Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail. State has submitted a report. I have taken into account the contribution of these petitioners who have delayed the whole process of trial. 2 Having considered that the petitioners initially had been evading the process of law, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge them on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM(M) 2895 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
