Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 27.07.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Lalpani, Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Mandi, District Mandi, H.P., which are taken on record.

A perusal of aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioners have been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments, subject to final outcome of LPA being filed by the State and other legal remedies.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.01.2026 passed in CWP No.21099 of 2025, titled, Narinder Kumar and others vs. State of H.P. and others has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioners within eight weeks from today, strictly in terms of the directions contained in the judgment sought to be executed, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.

The execution petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
