In the present petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of the judgment dated 05.12.2025, passed in CWP No.19219 of 2025, titled, Roshni Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, wherein direction was given to the respondents to decide the representation (Annexure P-8), preferred by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks in light of the judgment passed in CWP No.7055 of 2024, titled, Kusum Lata vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and judgment dated 17.09.2025 passed in CWP No.2269 of 2024, titled, Mahesh Ram vs. State of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. The respondents have filed reply and along with the reply an office order dated 24-07-2026, passed by the Executive Engineer, JSV Division Baggi has been placed on record.
3. A perusal of the office order dated 24-07-2026 reveals that the case of the petitioner has been considered and it has been found that the office is unable to accept the request of the petitioner as per the representation.
4. Since, this Court had only given direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner in light of the judgments referred above, the mandate contained in the judgment in Roshni Devi’s case (supra) has duly been complied with, and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 24-07-2026, passed by the respondents, she is at liberty to avail an appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
5. The execution petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. 24 th August
