Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2025 in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No.135 of 2025, registered under Sections 61 (2), 109 (1) of BNS and under Section 25(1-b)(a) and 27 of Arms Act, now pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Sahibganj. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 10.09.2025. She has also submitted that there is dispute between the parties. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and submitted that the petitioner is not only named, but there is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing at the informant and a country-made pistol has also been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected. 6.
