Prayer in this application is for correcting typographical error in the order dated 04.11.2025 passed in CWP No. 17192/2025 (Arti Rani Vs. State of H.P. & Anr.). The error is in paras-4 & 5 of the said order, whereunder, inter alia, respondent No.2 was directed to consider the case of the petitioner afresh in light of office order dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure P-11). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the number of the Annexure is actually 12 and its date is 23.08.2025. Learned counsel further submits that till date the order dated 04.11.2025 has not been complied with by respondent No.2. Prayer is innocuous and being reflected from the writ petition, is accepted. Thus, the reference made in paras-4 & 5 of the aforesaid order to ‘office order dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure P-11)’ shall now be read as ‘office order dated 23.08.2025 (Annexure P-12)’. Respondent No.2 shall now consider the case of the petitioner within six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at, be also communicated to the petitioner.
