W.P.(C) 19513/2025 the qualifications of B.Sc. Dental Hygiene. 3. It is an admitted position that in prior years, matters concerning similar disputes have been pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal [“CAT”]. 4. By order dated 22.12.2025, Mr. Narender Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, was granted time to assist the Court with regard to the maintainability of this petition in these circumstances. 5. Mr. Yadav submits that the petition may be disposed of, with directions that the writ petition be treated as a representation before AIIMS. 6. Mr. Kunal Sabharwal, learned counsel for AIIMS, states that CAT has already taken the position that B.Sc degree holders are not eligible for these positions. 7. In view of the fact that AIIMS has already taken a position in this regard, I am of the view that consideration of the representation may no longer be an effective remedy. 8. However, as the recruitment notice was issued by AIIMS, which is subject to CAT jurisdiction, this writ petition alongwith pending application, is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to take their remedies before CAT.
