Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to remove illegal andunauthorized constructions made by Respondent No.2 at D.No.1488,Ward No.23, Plot No.577 to 579 in Sy.No.646 at Lecturers Colony, Magunta Layout, SPSR Nellore District. 3. Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Nellore Municipal Corporation, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Assistant City Planner, Nellore Municipal Corporation dated 09.03.2026 along with certain proceedings. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 4. The Proceedings would indicate that on 23.09.2016, the Municipal Corporation has issued Proceedings regularizing the deviations in respect of one Sri Yunus Parvez and Sri Kolla Reddy Radha Krishna Reddy. Para 4 of the Written Instruction would indicate that Sri Yunus Parvez and Sri Kolla Reddy Radha Krishna Reddy are the subsequent purchasers from Respondent No.2. 5. In view of the fact that the deviations, which are complained of, have been regularized way back on 23.09.2016, the cause in this case would not survive. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 6.
