Order 03/02/2026
[2026:RJ-JP:5040] (2 of 2) [CW-288/2026]
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application before the District Collector Deeg as regards the birth certificate dated 24.03.2021 issued by the Registrar Ladlaka Pahadi in the name of Maimoona respondent no. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length made a limited prayer that the District Collector Deeg may direct to decide the application / appeal filed by the petitioner at the earliest. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the application / objections filed by the petitioner are pending before District Collector Deeg since 26.09.2025, this Court feels that it would be in the interest of justice to decide the application at earliest. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off with the directions to the District Collector Deeg to decide the application of the petitioner filed on 26.09.2025 as regards the birth certificate issued in favour of the Maimoona respondent No. 3.
