Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code. 3. As per FIR, on 12.03.2017, this petitioner assaulted on the forehead of husband of informant, by means of iron rod, as a result of which, he sustained injuries and during treatment he died. 4. Considering the nature of accusation, materials available on record and gravity of offence, prayer for pre-arrest Patna High Court CR. MISC.
