Perused the material on record. 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that a representation dated 07.04.2025 was filed seeking enhancement of compensation. However, the respondents have not passed any orders to date and the matter remains for consideration. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, dated 05.03.2026 submits that the petitioners are required to file an arbitration petition under Section 3G (5) of National Highways Act, 1956 before the District Collector, Annamayya District. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a liberty may be granted to file an arbitration petition under the said provisions before the appropriate authority and requests time to prefer the same. 5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file an arbitration petition before arbitrator/appropriate authority under National Highways Authorities Act, 1956 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with all supporting documents. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
