Case No. 32 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner criminally intimidated his sister-in-law threatening her at the point of pistol. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false and because of the dispute between the informant and the petitioner, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is a young boy of 18 years and the alleged seized pistol was not containing any cartridge. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents as mentioned in para 11 and has been in custody since 07.03.2026 as mentioned in para-01 of the bail application and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 32 of 2026 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
