By medium of present application, moved under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, a prayer has been made to dispose of the revision petition in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
2. Statements of Ms. Sarla Mehta, daughter of late Sh. Bhim Sen and Sh. Ram Kishan son of late Sh. Deep Ram, who is the husband and attorney of Smt. Rupi Devi/respondent, have been recorded separately. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. As per the contents of the application, the parties have agreed to settle the matter amicably between them, in terms of the contents of the application (Exhibit C-1), which shall form part of the order.
4. The parties have made their statements and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the compromise as stipulated in the application (Exhibit C-1). In case of any violation thereof, they shall be held liable for committing the contempt of the Court as well as for seeking other appropriate remedy.
5. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of in terms of CMP No.19862 of 2026 (Exhibit C-1), which shall form part of the order and the impugned order dated 11.11.2024, passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Court No.II, Shimla, District Shimla, H.P in Execution Petition No.41-10 of 2017, titled, Smt. Rupi Devi vs. Bhim Sen (expired) through his LRs., is quashed and set aside. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. 04 th August, 2026
