Petitioner has filed this petition with following reliefs: “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to place all the records of the case for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities for disbursement of Rs. 58,35,629/- to the petitioner within a stipulated time period. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities for payment of interest over the balance amount from the date of completion of work to the date of payment. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities for payment of compensation to the petitioner. 10.5 That, such other reliefs as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner filed an application before the concerned Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Masturi, District Bilaspur stating therein that this much work has been done him and payment is still pending before concerned Authority. Said application has been forwarded by the CEO Janpad Panchayat to the concerned Collector, however, till date the Collector has not paid the amount to the petitioner, as such, the concerned Collector be directed to consider the said pending application and to pass an appropriate order in 3 accordance with law. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering facts of the case, nature of relief, submissions of counsel for the parties, the instant petition stands disposed of directing the concerned Collector to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with relevant law/rules, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
