JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court vide order dated 24.02.2026 suspended the sentence subject to revision petitioner depositing 50% of the fine amount (inclusive of the amount already in deposit) within a period of four weeks from today. Though this matter is listed for reporting compliance, none appears for the revision petitioner even in the morning session as well in the afternoon session. 2. Inspite of sufficient opportunity is given, learned counsel for the revision petitioner did not turn up before this Court to make his submission and also not deposited the amount in terms of the conditional order and no application was filed seeking extension of time.
