When these matters are called out, Mr. Shetye, learned Senior Counsel appears for the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (for short, ‘MUHS’) in all these petitions and tenders across the bar the order dated 6th October 2026 passed by the Division Bench at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.13331 of 2026 and submits that in view of the stand taken by the State Government that where a decision is taken to grant conditional affiliation for the Academic Year 2026–2027 as per the previously sanctioned intake capacity, these Petitions can be disposed of.
