By the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking direction towards the respondent authorities for grant of Kramonnati Vetanman on completion of 10 years of service in view of the order dated 28.02.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA No. 261/2023 and also as per circular dated 10.03.2017 issued by the State Government. 2. The claim of the petitioners is with regard to grant of Kramonnati Vetanman. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with regard to award of Kramonnati Vetanman, some circular has also been issued by the respondent-State. Apart from this, Division Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in W.A. No. 261 of 2023, has also considered the identical issue. The petitioners are also entitled for Kramonnati Vetanman. He further submits that at present, this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to the competent authority in light of order dated 28/02/2024 passed by this Court in W.A. No.261 of 2023. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been considered and dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 13.03.2026 passed in WA No.191 of 2026 (Jeevan Lal Banjare & Ors. vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), Thus, this petition may be dismissed. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and the documents appended thereto. 6 5. Having considered the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the materials available on record, it is evident that the facts and issue involved in this petition is identical to WA No. 191 of 2026, wherein the Division Bench of this Court held thus at para 33 : “33…...the writ appellants/petitioners have failed to demonstrate that they are similarly situated to the petitioner in Writ Appeal No. 261/2023 (Smt. Sona Sahu v. State of Chhattisgarh and Others). Their claim under the Circular dated 10.03.2017 is, therefore, misconceived, and the learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ appeal is devoid of merit and is hereby dismissed.” 6. In the case at hand also, the petitioners failed to establish that their case is similar and identical to the case of Sona Sahu (supra), whereas the present matter squarely covered with the decision rendered in WA No.191 of 2026, therefore, this Court deems it appropriate not to take a view other than what has been taken in the aforesaid writ appeal. 7.
