The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Issue a writ or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the 1st respondent from interfering by demolishing, digging, trespassing, damaging the hangar and structures adjoining to the hangar belonging to the petitioner. ii) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus Directing the respondent No.1 and 2, to adhere to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP 6958/2020 dated 5.10.2021 (Annexure-A) iii) Any such order, directions as may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Essentially what the petitioner had sought for was for an order restraining the demolition, digging, trespassing or damaging the hangar and structures. This Court had permitted Respondent No.1 to carry out the works on the acquired land. 3. If that be so, any assessment of damage would require evidence to be led since it is a mixed question of fact and law.
