Case No.31 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under sections 406/420 of the B.N.S., 2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was a stamp vendor and he committed forgery by making interpolation in the stamp vendor’s register by way of interpolation by substituting the name of the purchaser of the stamp with the co-accused persons as under:-
Sl. No.
Name of the original purchaser with value of stamp
Description

1. Vishwajeet Khandelwal –Rs.10/- 2716 to 2725 dated 09.06.2017 Dinesh Pradhan – Rs.20/-
2. Sanjay Goyal – Rs.10/- 2864 to 2873 dated 12.06.2017 Mahesh Pradhan – Rs.20/-
3. Gupteshwar Solanki –Rs.10/- 2956 to 2965 dated 12.06.2017 Dinesh Pradhan – Rs.20/-
It is next submitted that there is further allegation that the stamp papers obtained by forgery in the stamp vendors register, was used by the co-accused persons namely Mahesh Pradhan and Dinesh Pradhan for though without paying the full consideration amount yet getting the shares of the company in their name. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false. It is next submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 27.05.2026, as has been mentioned in paragraph no. 14 of the bail application. It is then submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner of misusing the stamp paper issued by him. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the trial of the case and further undertakes that he will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be admitted to bail. The learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No.31 of 2020 with the condition that the petitioner will co-operate with the trial of the case and will furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case, with further condition that he will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
