Learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that there is a mistake at his end. He submits that the Director of Health Services was to be impleaded as respondent No. 2 whereas Director of Medical Education and Research at Kusumpti, Shimla, H.P. stands impleaded as respondent No. 2 in the petition. He submits that present application be allowed by taking on record the correct memo of parties and by ordering that the Director Health Services shall be treated as respondent No. 2 in the petition. As the prayer made is innocuous one, the application is allowed and the name of Director of Medical Education and Research at Kusumpti, Shimla, H.P. is deleted as respondent No. 2 in the petition and is substituted by the Director of Health Services.
