The present contempt petition arises out of the alleged non- compliance of the order dated 29.01.2026 passed in WPS No. 939 of 2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, vide order dated 29.01.2026, directed respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4. On perusal of the record and on a specific query made by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to demonstrate that any intimation or communication regarding the order dated 29.01.2026 passed in WPS No. 939 of 2026 was ever served upon respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 5. In absence of any material to show that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were made aware of the order passed by this Court, no case for drawing contempt proceedings against them for alleged non- compliance of the order dated 29.01.2026 is made out. 6.
