Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. There was alleged recovery of meat of bovine animal from a freeze kept in a room near “Gama Hotel” situated at Dhatkidih, Bistupur. Though petitioner is the owner of the said hotel, however the place from which the alleged recovery of meat was made, does not belong to him. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 24.11.2025 and hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2026:JHHC:5191 - 2 - 5.
