Heard Mr. Praveen Soni, learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing as well as Dr. Saurabh Kumar Pande, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State/respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :- “10.1. ISSUE a WRIT in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate WRIT, Order or Direction for quashing ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA Digitally signed by ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA 2 the FIR No. 60/2026 D1. 04.04.2026 under Section 69 of the BNS registered at PS Marwahi, District Gaurela- Pendra-Marwahi CG, for the alleged offenses arising out of the complaint filed by the Prosecutrix. 10.2 DIRECT the Respondent Authorities not to take any coercive steps till completion of investigation or up to filing of Final-Report cum Charge-Sheet as the present Petitioner is ready to co-operate the investigation. An Application for Grant of Interim-Relief/Stay is filed herewith, separately. 10.3 Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court. 3. From perusal of petition, it transpires that instant petition has been filed for quashment of the FIR registered by the complainant, but the complainant has not been made as party respondent in the instant petition, which goes to show that the petition has drafted in a very casual manner and further wasted the precious time of the Court. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to file afresh petition by making the complainant as one of the party respondent, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court for wasting the precious time of the Court and the same shall be transmitted to Government Special School for Intellectually Retarded Girls, Gaganpur, Ambikapur District – Sarguja, Chhattisgarh.
