Govindpur, P.S. Govindpur, District- Dhanbad …. Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party -------- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI For the Petitioner : Mr. Suraj Singh, Advocate For the State : Mr. Tarun Kumar, APP ------ 2/29.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this court in ABA No. 11015 of 2022, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 11/4/2023. He next submits that in changed circumstance, the second anticipatory bail has been filed. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the State submits that there is no changed circumstance and the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 11/4/2023, and now the petitioner has filed the second anticipatory bail in the year 2026. He also submits that along with that order, the anticipatory bail of another accused namely Parsuram Yadav was also dismissed as withdrawn. That co-accused person has also filed ABA No.247 of 2026, which has been dismissed as withdrawn further. 4. In view of the above and considering that there is no fresh ground to entertain the second anticipatory bail petition, petitioner earlier has already withdrawn the anticipatory bail petition. 5.
