In the present matter, there is an application for condonation of delay and this court, by order dated 30.07.2026 passed a specific order that applicant shall take necessary steps within a period of one week to supply the correct address of respondent no.4, otherwise this court will pass appropriate orders in the matter. 3. Today, the record shows that the applicant did not take any steps in the matter. Therefore, I am constrained to consider this application for withdrawal of amount filed by the respondents-claimants. 4.
