ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Direct the Respondent No. 1 to 4 for Husband premature release of petitioner's MOHAMMED RAZIUR REHAMAN @ ABDUL REHAMAN @UMES CTP-4333 and to grant

general parole for a period of 90 days with further extension in accordance with law, till the committee considers his application for premature release citing that convict Mother is suffering from various ailments the presence of her convict husband is essential and also he has serve more than 18 years of incarceration.
b. Pass any other order(s) which this court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.
2. A memo for withdrawal dated 04.12.2025 has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under:
"The undersigned counsel for the petitioner most respectfully submit this memo for withdrawal. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit the counsel to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh in the interest of justice .
Wherefore it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to consider the memo in the interest of justice."
3. Accepting the said memo and the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
