Ms. Preetika Thakur, Advocate vice Mr. Varun Chauhan, Advocate, for the applicants. The present application has been filed in FAO No 370 of 2017, which has been decided by this Court on 24.5.2019. The said appeal was filed by the Insurance Company, which was partly allowed. By way of present application, a prayer has been made to release the amount of compensation in favour of applicants. In view of no objection made by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the amount of compensation, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants, as per judgment dated 24.5.2019, passed by this Court, in the above titled case, alongwith up-to-date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank accounts,of the applicants, particulars of which, have been annexed with the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
