M/s Okaya Fujikawa Power Private Limited v. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others CWP No.223 of 2026 [Disposed of Matter] 04.08.2026. Present: Mr. Rahul Singh Jagota, Advocate vice Mr. Yudhvir Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner/non-applicant. Mr. Sushant Keprate, Additional Advocate General for the respondents- State/Applicants. CMP No.19398 of 2026 This application has been filed for extension of time for passing a speaking and reasoned order in compliance with the order dated 08.01.2026 passed by this Court in main petition i.e. CWP No.223 of 2026. This application was filed on 05.05.2026 seeking extension of six weeks’ time to comply with the directions passed by the Court. The said period has already elapsed, however there is no information with respect to compliance of the order. Though, respondents deserve to be burdened with costs for having failed to comply with the order even during the extended time sought by them. However, on the persuasive request made by learned Additional Advocate General and by taking a lenient view, time to comply with the order is extended up to 31.08.2026, failing which adverse consequence shall follow. Application stands disposed of. (Vivek Singh Thakur) Judge (Ranjan Sharma) August 04, 2026 Judge [Shivender]
