We allowed the writ appeal filed by the District Collector on the ground that the review applicant ceased to have locus standi because her tenure had expired. We do not find any error in our order. If at all it is only the said Chelladurai who could be said to be an aggrieved person. He alone can question any consequential action. 2.With the aforesaid observation, this review application is dismissed.
