The above contempt case was filed complaining about the violation of the interim order dated 08.08.2024 in W.P.No.17070 of 2024. 3. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition complaining that the respondents 2 to 6 are not allowing the petitioner from discharging her duties as Village Organisation Assistant of Chinthaparthy-1 Village, Vayalpad Mandal, Annamayya District. 4. An interim order was passed on 08.08.2024, directing the respondents 2 to 6 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharging of duties as Village Organization Assistant, without following due process of law. 5. The contempt case was filed on 28.04.2025. 3 6. The 4th respondent filed the counter-affidavit contending that the petitioner was removed as Village Organisation Assistant on 03.07.2024 and the members of the society elected Smt. K.Pujalatha w/o K.Uday Kumar as Village Organisation Assistant on the same date. 7. The counter-affidavit was filed on 18.09.2025. No rejoinder was filed by the petitioner disputing the averments made in the counter-affidavit. 8. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any violation of the order. [ 10. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. No costs.
