The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No. 21/2021, arising out of Kuru P.S. Case No. 164/2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 142/2020. It has been alleged that on a raid conducted by the Police in Bijay Dhaba some miscreants having firearms were chased but only one was apprehended who disclosed his name as Rajendra Yadav. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of the apprehended accused Rajendra Yadav who has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got 69 criminal antecedents. Considering the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that the accused on whose confession the name of the petitioner has surfaced has been granted bail, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
