P.P. …...... 03/ 17.07.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 114(4), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84 (C) of the Information Technology Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 27.02.2026 in B.A. No. 971 of 2026. The investigation of this case is complete. From the case diary, it transpires that against the mobile No.8260701579 of the petitioner, three online complaints have been registered. It further appears that in one case he defrauded Rs.899/- from the victim bank account and in another case from the said mobile, posing himself as PhonePe official and on the pretext of giving cash back of the PhonePe, a cyber fraud of Rs.52.185.01/- has been done by him. 5. Considering the fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.150 of 2025, pending 2026:JHHC:21122 in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar, stands rejected. 6.
