1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation and to relieve the petitioner from present place of posting immediately as transferred petitioner as per transfer policy, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner who is posted as Assistant Development Extension Officer at Janpad Panchayat, Katekalyan, District- Dantewada, Chhattisgarh is transferred to Janpad Panchayat Palari, District – Balodabazar- Bhatapara Chhattisgarh vide
order dated 29.09.2025. He submits that after transfer petitioner has made several requests for his relieving, however he has not been relieved till date. Petitioner thereafter had submitted representation on 17.10.2025 before respondent no. 3 to 5, however, till date no decision has been taken and he has not been relieved, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to 5 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted at the earliest.

Learned counsel for respondent-State submits that the grievance of the petitioner is against respondent no. 3 for whom she is not appearing.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record enclosed along with this writ petition.

5. The grievance of the petitioner is of his non-relieving pursuant to the
order of transfer dated 29.09.2025 issued by State Government to join at his transferred place.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, order of transfer is dated 29.09.2025 about 7 months have already been passed and further considering the decision of High Court in case of Ms. Manisha Agrawal Vs. State of C.G. & Ors. [ 2015 (4) CGLJ 182], this writ petition at this stage is disposed of, directing respondent no. 3 to 5 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner keeping in mind the decision in case of Ms. Manisha Agrawal(supra), in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within a further period of three week’s from the date of receipt of the
Order.
7. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 3 to 5 if he so desires and if such a representation is submitted, respondent no. 3 to 5 shall consider and decide the fresh representation along with pending representation.
8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
