P.P. …...... 03/ 17.07.2026: This bail application has been filed u/s 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of I.T. Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 26.02.2026 in B.A. No. 884 of 2026. The investigation of this case is complete. From the case diary, it transpires that the mobile no. 7978578368 seized from the petitioner was showing fraudulently as a Customer Care number in Google and calling on the said number for activating new credit card, he defrauded a sum of Rs.45,099/- from the of the victim’s Bank Account. 5. Considering the fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.167 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar, stands rejected. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 6.
