P.P. …...... 03/ 17.07.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of the Information Technology Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 12.03.2026 in B.A. No. 1613 of 2026. The investigation of this case is complete. From the case diary, it transpires that against the mobile No. 9279175752 of the petitioner, two online complaints have been registered. The mobile no. 9279175752 seized from the petitioner was showing fraudulently as a Customer Care number of Messo in Google and calling on the said number, he defrauded a sum of Rs.13,999/- from the complainant, which has been confirmed from the Call Details Report (CDR). 5. Considering the fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.161 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II- cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar, stands rejected. 6.
